PURPLE RAIN: IS IT A TREND OR BECOMING MAINSTREAM?

So for the last couple of years Purple has been a constant in the fashion world. Everything from tees to boots to jackets to shoes and bags have been made in purple. Is it a trend or becoming a vital part of everyone's fashion wardrobe?  Purple is back this season and with a vengence. Every main designer is making purple in one form or another.  Boots make amazing purple accessories. Clutches and hobo bags are great in purple as statement pieces against a basic tee or sweater.  Amethyst is a great stone for Jewelry and can make great accent pieces. Whatever it is make sure you make purple a statement piece because it can be overdone....
