There is always something about a piece that is so detailed and ornate that is beautiful. You have to be careful though because having too many details can work against you as well. It is good to do the details to a minimum. Say a Ornate Jacket with basic pants and a ornate shoe but pair it with a Classic handbag. If you do a really Statement necklace you want to refine and dull down everything else so that the necklace isn't over shadowed by other pieces. Same with a Unique shoe or handbag. There is a million and a half ways to wear accessories you just have to know how to make the perfect statement!
